Delve into who ran security for the WTC before and during 911. It would not hurt to find out what roles any and all Bush family members played.

A close look at Dick Cheney’s self-ascribed powers leading up to 911 would also enlighten the public as I believe he put himself in charge of NORAD.

Who helped the bin Laden family escape questioning and scrutiny? Is this not de-facto treason?

The “liberal” media has never mentioned these details to the by-design ignorant American people.

This is not our history as we have come to understand it and as interpreted to fashion the thinking of future generations, perhaps the worst offense of these alleged offenses.

The question is: will we face up to the truth about those who have taken our leaders to rewrite history as they wanted backed by an unnaccountable government agency that like a virus, infects but acts as if it is unaccountable and should fear no one.

There seems no one in government willing to examine this or contemplate it, even while new evidence of government-sanctioned assasination renews its ugly head — as if the practice was ever halted.

And Mr. Baker’s well-supported contentions are accurate, what does it say about the legitimacy of our recent electoral process. Can we even trust the results of Bush’s election in 2000 and 2004, perhaps Obama’s sudden rise to power? What about the 9/11 commission tale about the precursor event that has placed us on a permanent war footing in the war on terroism in Iraq and Afganistan?

In its aftermath, we collectively permitted the suspension of our bill of rights, we enabled establishment of a larger inhouse agency for monitoring the domestic population under the guise of improved national security. At what cost? We are apparently paying that bill as we speak.

It appears now that the real, unseen powers are interested only in maintaining a military footprint on every continent and world troublespot to ensure the well-entrenched military industial complex an ending source of policy grips to ensure the need and growth of defense contracting and arms industry growth.

The idea of leaving Iraq as a battleground for a renewed buildup in Afganistan, while continuing a force presence there, signals that the Obama administration is simply placating military counsel to shift the focus but not our increasing overseas presence as our chief foreign policy aim.

And, of course, our global interests are only tied to those places where we have resource extrtaction and drug trade interests.

If we do nothing, perhaps the ony way we’ll ever guage what this all means, is by measuring the length of presidential tenure to assure ourelves that our current leader is meeting the needs of our invisbible ruling elite. That’s one easy way to keep score.
